Q&A that stays tied to the document

Three documents, a real search box, and a question field you can type into freely. Answers sweep a highlight across every passage they used — often more than one — and tell you exactly which sections they are grounded in. Ask something the document does not cover and it says so instead of inventing an answer. That refusal is the most valuable behaviour on this page.

§1 Overview

This policy covers returns, exchanges, and refunds for all products purchased directly from Atlas. It applies to orders placed on or after January 1 and supersedes any prior terms.

§2 Return Window

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Store credit is available for returns made between day 31 and day 45.

§3 Opened & Used Items

Opened items can be returned within 14 days if they are in resellable condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. Items showing heavy wear are assessed case by case.

§4 Warranty Summary

Every Atlas product carries a limited 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Full exclusions and the claim process live in the Limited Warranty Terms document.

§5 Return Shipping

Atlas pays return shipping for defective or incorrect items; for change-of-mind returns the customer covers shipping, deducted from the refund if a prepaid label is used.

§6 Refund Timing

Approved refunds post to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing may add a few days beyond that.

§7 Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or colour ship as soon as the returned item is scanned by the carrier, so you are not waiting on a full refund cycle.

§8 Contact

Return questions go to support@atlas.example with your order number. Most are resolved within one business day.
